As an internationally renowned brand, we are one of the world’s three largest suppliers of aircraft seats with our premium products. To enhance our team, we are looking to fill the following position at our site in Qingdao at the earliest possible date:
Your Tasks
- Take primary responsibility for the 5-year planning, annual budget planning, monthly rolling outlook, and quarterly forecast process in line with HQ timelines and requirements.
- Review and consolidate planning and forecasting inputs from relevant functions, ensuring assumptions are reasonable, data is transparent, and submissions are accurate and timely.
- Partner with the Controller and related departments during month-end closing to ensure high-quality financial results and provide value-added analysis on actual performance, deviations, and business drivers.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc management reports, with clear insights on profitability, cost development, operational performance, risks, and opportunities.
- Coordinate with HQ controlling team and local project team on project cost analysis, investment tracking, and project performance review.
- Act as a finance business partner to manufacturing, operations, supply chain, and other functions by providing transparent financial data and actionable analysis to support decision-making.
- Drive process optimization and controlling improvements to enhance reporting quality, efficiency, transparency, and standardization.
- Coordinate and manage intercompany recharge topics with cross-company counterparts and internal stakeholders, ensuring proper allocation, accuracy, and timeliness.
- Support year-end closing and work closely with accounting and auditors to ensure smooth annual audit process and clean financial reporting.
QUALIFICATION
EDUCATION: Finance Related Education
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: > 5 years in manufacturing company, >3 years in relevant position
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Skilled English in both writing and spoken
COMPUTER SKILLS: Proficiency in ERP(SAP preferred) and MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT, Project)
