To enhance our team, we are looking to fill the following position at our site in Qingdao at the earliest possible date:

Your Task

  • Implementing the basic policies of the company regarding RMH and the RECARO Company quality policy
  • Responsibility for executing current production orders and reporting detected errors
  • Active participation in audits
  • Ensuring compliance with the rules and procedures in force at the facility
  • Identifying risks, analyzing and escalating to the supervisor. Suggesting corrective actions
  • Performing other tasks compatible with the occupied position and possessed qualifications
  • Efficient use of computer and MS Office system
  • Reading work cards; Efficient use of operating systems such as SAP and PLM
  • Quality control of covers in accordance with production and quality standards based on technical documentation and customer requirements
  • Correct and timely execution of all tasks assigned
  • Preparing own workstation in accordance with ergonomic principles
  • Reviewing documentation before cover inspection
  • Computer usage
  • Conducting control in accordance with technical documentation and in compliance with TMS and DRS documentation
  • Informing the supervisor of any quality or production problems encountered
  • Responsibility for the condition and safety of entrusted property and order at the workstation
  • Rational use of the allocated resources

Your Qualification

  • EDUCATION: Completion of a vocational training program in cut and sew sector
  • YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 10 years in professional field
  • LANGUAGE SKILLS: Good Chinese communication skills
  • COMPUTER SKILLS: MS Office, SAP and Siemens Teamcenter
