To enhance our team, we are looking to fill the following position at our site in Qingdao at the earliest possible date:

Your Task

  • Lead and supervise the Cut to Dress production team, managing daily team activities and assigning tasks according to production schedule
  • Monitor performance and productivity, ensuring production targets and quality standards are consistently met
  • Collaborate with the Planning and Quality teams to resolve issues affecting production flow or product quality
  • Train new and existing team members on proper techniques, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Report and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions or material issues promptly
  • Maintain accurate records of daily output, material usage, rejects, and reworks according to internal documentation procedures
  • Foster a positive, collaborative work environment
  • Ensure compliance standards, work ethics and work discipline in the team and conduct actions to maintain the requirements
  • Ensure continuous improvement of the processes to effectively use company resources
  • Execute and collaborate in lean projects relevant for the Cut To Dress processes

Your Qualification

  • EDUCATION: SECONDARY VOCATIONAL SCHOOL or above
  • YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 10 years in professional field
  • LANGUAGE SKILLS: Good Chinese and basic English communication skills
  • COMPUTER SKILLS: MS Office, ERP and Siemens Teamcenter
