To enhance our team, we are looking to fill the following position at our site in Qingdao at the earliest possible date:

Your Task

  • Implementing the basic assumptions of the company policy in RMH and RECARO Enterprise quality policy
  • Analysis of technological documentation (BOM, dxf, TSO/DRS, drawings)
  • Process optimization and minimizing production costs
  • Proposing and effectively implementing innovations and improvements
  • Training and developing on the job
  • Ensuring compliance with rules and procedures in force in the plant based on company objectives, accomplishing short- and long-term tasks
  • Improving qualifications and skills through training, seminars, or possibly studies
  • Performing other tasks in line with the position held and qualifications
  • Developing prototypes in accordance with customer requirements
  • Preparing sewing instructions, list of Velcro fasteners, templates, and final dxf drawings
  • Ensuring optimal and stable manufacturing processes with necessary quality aspects in accordance with current requirements
  • Introducing necessary changes in the technological documentation
  • Identifying processes that require constant monitoring and indicating parameters of those processes that need to remain under constant control
  • Cooperating with the quality department in terms of quality assurance during production
  • Determining the required machines and tooling
  • Condition and safety of entrusted property, maintaining order at the workplace

Your Qualification

  • EDUCATION: Associate Degree
  • YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 10 years in professional field
  • LANGUAGE SKILLS: Good communication skills in Chinese and English
  • COMPUTER SKILLS: MS Office, SAP, Siemens Teamcenter, Paperless
