To enhance our team, we are looking to fill the following position at our site in Qingdao at the earliest possible date:

Your Task

  • Implementing the basic guidelines of the company’s RMH policy and RECARO’s quality policy
  • Responsibility for executing current production orders and ensuring production continuity
  • Responsibility for proper use of materials and tools at work and controlling their consumption
  • Ensuring compliance with rules and procedures in force at the plant
  • Improving own qualifications and skills through training
  • Performing other tasks consistent with the position held and qualifications possessed
  • Effective operation of fabric/leather cutting and spreading equipment (Bullmer / Zund / Laminating machine)
  • Reading work cards
  • Correct and timely execution of all tasks specified
  • Preparing machines for fabric/leather and spreading operations, adjustments
  • Preparing own workstation according to ergonomic principles
  • Operating fabric/leather cutting and spreading machines
  • Reviewing work cards to ensure the correct execution of individual cutting operations
  • Performing technological operations on fabric/leather cutting and spreading machines
  • Informing the supervisor of any quality or production issues encountered
  • Responsibility for the condition and safety of entrusted property, order at the workstation
  • Rational use of allocated resources

Your Qualification

  • EDUCATION: Completion of a vocational training program in cut and sew sector
  • YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 10 years in professional field
  • LANGUAGE SKILLS: Good Chinese communication skills
  • COMPUTER SKILLS: MS Office, SAP and Siemens Teamcenter
