As an internationally renowned brand, we are one of the world’s three largest suppliers of aircraft seats with our premium products. To enhance our team, we are looking to fill the following position at our site in Qingdao at the earliest possible date:

Your Tasks

  • Check and approve the right status of applicable technical documents based on S/S Validity List.
  • Perform final inspection of every whole aircraft passenger seat on Final Assembly Line.
  • Approve assembled and if necessary reworked seats with the official release certificate EASA Form1 in accordance with the airworthiness legislation EASA Part 21 G for approved production facilities.
  • Identification, documentation, reporting and support in solving of quality issues during the assembly process of seats.
  • Prepare and distribute defined shipset accompanying quality documentation.
  • Support of performed Source Inspections by customers like Airbus and Boeing and if necessary communicate necessary corrective actions to final assembly.
  • Participate and support internal First Article Inspection of seats and communicate necessary optimizations regarding the final assembly.
  • Support and participate if necessary to customer seat inspections and communicate necessary corrective actions to final assembly.
  • Create and approve MRB´s and Q-Notes for the management of non-conforming parts/seats in accordance to internal procedures.
  • Instruct workers of final assembly line who are responsible for self-inspection and new Certifying Staff.
  • Support of shop floor management in the production facility.
  • Support the implementation of new quality assurance activities in the own team as well as on the assembly lines.

Your Qualification

EDUCATION:

Bachelor or above; majoring in Engineering

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:  

Minimum 3 years in professional field

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE:

Good knowledge of quality inspections;

LANGUAGE SKILLS:      

Good English communication skills        

COMPUTER SKILLS:

Proficiency in SAP and MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT)
