To enhance our team, we are looking to fill the following position at our site in Qingdao at the earliest possible date:

Your Tasks

  • Support the Project Manager in CCP Projects.
  • Conduct weekly project team meetings and maintain action item list.
  • Maintain project documentation and project planning.
  • Support PMO functions including reporting preparations following the established PMO template.
  • Problem solving skills
  • Good comprehension and communication skill

Your Qualification

  • Completed studies from the field of mechanical engineering or business administration with understanding of the product realization process
  • Knowledge in the area of reporting, business intelligence applications
  • Ideally: work experience in manufacturing industry for at least 1 year in an adequate company production process
  • International willingness to travel to our suppliers and customers
  • Self-awareness and personal responsibility as well as learning spirit
  • Accurate and careful working method as well as strong communication skills
